The sunny Greek Isles! A wedding! The music of ABBA! One of the most-loved musicals of the last 25 years.

What else do you need?

Auditions for "Mamma Mia" are fast approaching! When you attend auditions, you will be asked to list your conflicts with a proposed rehearsal schedule that is available.  Please be advised that some casting decisions may be based in part on actor availability.

For auditions on November 13th and 16th, please be bring two karaoke CD tracks for any pop song that you believe will showcase your voice.  Additionally, please prepared to vocalize, if requested.  The tracks should be of contrasting tempos and styles.  (Since all of the music for this show has a pop commercial sound, please no show tunes - unless they are of a pop commercial variety.)  Auditioners may be asked to read on these days.  The callbacks will include readings and dance, so anyone asked to attend callbacks should dress appropriately as they will be asked to dance.

"Mamma Mia" has 12 principal roles - The Dynamos (Donna, Rosie and Tanya), the prospective fathers (Harry, Sam and Bill), the girls (Sophie, Ali and Lisa), and the boys (Sky, Eddie and Pepper) - in addition to the ensemble.  All roles are open. Ages 15+ can audition. No video submissions accepted at this time.

Although the plot is nearly universally known, here is a reminder as to how the principal roles fit into the story.  Donna, the mother of Sophie, runs an inn on a Greek island, where she has by herself raised her daughter, Sophie, now 20 years old, who is about to marry Sky.  (Donna receives some "assistance" running the inn from two employees - Pepper and Eddie - neither of whom are particularly effective at their jobs.)  Sophie, who never knew her father, finds her mother's diary and, in reading it, learns that her father could be one of three men (Sam, Bill or Harry), all of whom she invites to the wedding - under the guise that the invitations actually came from Donna.  The day before the wedding, Sophie tells her best friends (Ali and Lisa) what she's done, and is somewhat surprised to learn that all three prospective fathers show up, as do Donna's former bandmates (who, with Donna, comprised the Dynamos - Rosie and Tanya), who were invited to the wedding by Donna.  What follows is a search to learn the truth.
